MOUNTAINSIDE VILLAS AT FAIRMONT
A 25% Discount is offered to Fairmont Lease Owners and Interval International Members per the above rate schedule.

RATES ARE SUBJECT TO

1 Bedroom villas have a queen bed in either a bedroom or semi-private sleeping loft, and a hide-a-bed in the sitting / dining area.

Rates are based on a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons in a 1 bedroom villa and six (6) person in a two bedroom villa.

The weekly rate is based on a seven night confirmed rental; the value being that seven nights of accommodation are received for the price of six.
If staying less than six nights then the daily rate applies.

RENTAL RESERVATION POLICY

MINIMUM BOOKING

Reservations must be booked for a minimum two night stay.

GUARANTEE

A deposit equivalent to the cost of one night’s accommodation is due at the time a reservation is made.

CANCELLATION

Reservations cancelled one month or more prior to check-in will receive a full deposit refund.

Deposits are forfeited if cancellation is received less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, or when no cancellation notice is received.
 

CHECK - IN anytime after  4:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT  at  10:00 a.m.

*** Please note accommodation is
non-smoking.
