We request Fairmont Villa
Management (FVM) make available for rent on either a daily or a weekly basis
the Villa(s) described below, on the following terms and conditions:
RENTAL RATES
These are at the sole discretion of
FVM and rates are established and published periodically by FVM. Rates will vary
depending upon season, demand and occupancy. Villa owners are entitled to a 25%
discount.
COMMISSION
FVM shall be entitled to a twenty
(20%) percent commission on gross rental revenue. In the event your villa is
rented through a travel agency, the agent will be entitled to a ten (10%)
percent commission.
BEST EFFORT
FVM will apply its best efforts to
rent the unit(s). However, no guarantee can be made that they will be rented.
Your villa will be made available for rent as soon as your acceptance is received
and all rentals are on a "first come- first served" basis.
ACCOUNTING
FVM will notify you within 30
days of the close of the accounting period within which any rental nights fall,
together with any payment to you. Alternatively, you will be advised if there
was no rental.
OWN USAGE
Once you have made your villa
available for rent it will not normally be available for personal use. Exceptions
may be authorized and confirmed by FVM. It is the owner's responsibility to
check with FVM prior to usage to determine whether or not a rental has been
made.
CANCELLATIONS
FVM can not be responsible if, as a
result of a last minute cancellation by a renter, your villa sits empty contrary
to earlier advice. However, you may then wish to use the villa yourself in which
case you must notify FVM prior to arrival.
ANNUAL FEES
Placing your Villa in the rental pool does
not relieve you of your responsibility to pay annual fees when billed. Priority
will be given to owners whose accounts are current.
EXTRA CLEAN
Every owner is entitled to one clean
per week. If the villa rented out is to more than one party over the week, there
will be a $75.00 charge for the extra clean.
