Your ownership includes access to Club Interval Gold Membership, giving you the flexibility to exchange your ownership week for stays at hundreds of participating resorts around the world through Interval International. Whether you’re looking to experience a new destination or travel at a different time of year, your membership opens the door to more vacation possibilities.

How it works

Fixed Week and Floating Week owners may exchange their ownership through Interval International by relinquishing their week in return for Club Interval Gold points. Floating Week owners should first contact Fairmont Mountainside Villas to reserve their preferred week before depositing it with Interval International.

Points can be redeemed for seven-night vacations, short-stay exchanges and a variety of Interval Options, including select cruise, golf and spa experiences. Exchange fees and membership terms apply.

Planning your exchange

To receive the maximum point value, ownership weeks should generally be deposited at least 120 days before your scheduled check-in date. Deposits made within 120 days may receive a different point allocation, as outlined in the Club Interval Gold Member Directory.
