MAINTENANCE FEE PAYMENT UPDATE

On 28 April 2025, there was a change in ownership at Mountainside Villas.  At this time the new Management Company are unable to accept payments made online via the Owner Portal.

If you would like to make a payment using a Visa or MasterCard please contact the office on 1-855-345-6341. 

You are still able to log into your owner account to view upcoming reservations, see all transactions on your account and change your address and email address to keep everything up to date.  

At this time the new Management Company are unable to accept payments via E-Transfer. 

If you would like to make a payment via Direct Payment please contact the office for the account details as to where payments should be directed.

If paying by cheque, they must be made payable to Fairmont Hot Springs Resort.
